Kevin founded MPV in 2020 and oversees all strategic aspects of the business. A seasoned real estate investor, Kevin brings to MPV an extensive track record sourcing, acquiring and redeveloping lodging assets across the US. Through current and prior ventures, Kevin has executed on over $1.4 billion of private market real estate investments across 25 separate projects.
Prior to founding MPV, Kevin was the Head of Acquisitions for AWH Partners, a leading New York based hotel investor founded by alumni of The Blackstone Group and The Related Companies. Earlier in his career, Kevin was a real estate securities investor with the hedge fund Millennium Management, based in New York.
A graduate of Harvard University with a BA in History of Art and Architecture, Kevin focused his undergraduate studies on Architectural History and Theory. Kevin was a two-time captain of the Harvard Lacrosse team and has since served on the program’s alumni board and head coach search committees.
Jordan Kary

Jordan has been a Partner with MPV since 2021 and is responsible for overseeing all executive aspects of the firm’s investments, including setting the strategic direction and oversight of investment, development, and asset management activities. Jordan leads the company’s rigorous execution of business plan formation, development coordination and hotel strategy alongside the firm’s capital partners and third-party hotel managers.
Jordan is the founder and managing partner of Highlands Real Estate Investments, a real estate investment and asset management company backed by a single-family office with properties across the U.S. and Canada. Highlands focuses on identifying opportunistic acquisitions at attractive values with potential to enhance returns at the asset level. Through a combination of GP, LP and wholly owned investment arms, Highlands and its affiliates own 11 hotel properties and 1,400 rooms and other long duration businesses.
Previously, Jordan spent nearly a decade at Highgate Hotels, a leading hotel, investor, developer and manager, and at Ernst and Young.
Jordan graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Applied Economics and Management. He was also a member of the Cornell Men’s Ice Hockey team.
Zach Miller

Zach is a Vice President with MPV. In this role, he is responsible for deal origination, capital raising, development project oversite and asset management of active investments. Prior to joining MPV, Zach was an Underwriter in the originations group at Argentic Investment Management, where he worked to underwrite, structure, and close debt investments for transactions across all commercial real estate sectors in the United States. Zach graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Economics, where he was elected as the 145th Captain of the Harvard Football team.
Christina Kim
OPERATIONS MANAGER

Christina is an Operations Manager with MPV and supports all corporate functions of the company. She is responsible for book keeping, website maintenance, calendar management, office management, record keeping and other matters on behalf of staff. Prior to joining MPV, Christina previously worked at Salesforce and, in addition to her work with MPV, currently runs a film production company. Christina is a graduate of USC where she received her BFA in Theater.
